Holy Child Senior Secondary School

Academics

The school is affiliated to CBSE Board ( Haryana Board of School Education ) up to senior secondary classes in all the streams i.e. Science (Medical and Non – Medical), Commerce, and Arts. In K.G. section students are taught by the play-way method. They are taught in a stress-free environment by using educative toys and audiovisual aids. The curriculum of classes I to V is an excellent combination of academics and co-curricular activities fully equipped to cater to the development need of the growing child. The middle wing of the school consists of classes VI to VIII.

Besides the compulsory subject, it has also Sanskrit as a third language. The endeavor is to go beyond the curriculum and to give sufficient scope to the teacher and student to explore vast dimensions of knowledge. The senior wing of the school consists of classes IX to XII. It offers a personalized approach to education, where each student’s performance is continuously evaluated using internal tests, projects, assignment, and written exams. A continuous and comprehensive system of education is followed to grade the performance of the pupils.

Holy Child Senior Secondary School

At Holy Child Senior Secondary School, learning is child-centered and activity-oriented. Through innovative and experiential teaching methods, we hope to make the learning process extremely enjoyable. With subject-based classrooms, state-of-the-art facilities, and the holistic development of our children, the school aims to provide a world-class education that will make our students striving achievers. Students will be admitted from Prep to Class IX & XI in the first year, and successively stepping up to Class XII.

At Holy Child Senior Secondary School, diversity is our strength. We all have mutual respect and develop independence by learning through experiences including learning through occasional errors and even defeat – resulting in young people surpassing themselves. An educational system isn’t worth much if it teaches the young student how to make a living but doesn’t teach them how to make a life. For us, education has only one goal – setting the mind free. We believe in giving students problems to solve rather than answers to memorize.
